Prosecco DOC: The Rise of the Bubbles Masterclass

Singapoured was engaged to design and lead an exclusive educational masterclass in Singapore—titled "The Rise of the Bubbles"—aimed at elevating trade perception of Prosecco DOC.

Acting as the lead educator, we developed a bespoke curriculum that translated complex appellation legislation, historic terroir, and production nuances (such as the Martinotti method) into an engaging narrative for industry professionals.

To bring the theory to life, we curated and guided attendees through a comparative tasting of seven premium expressions from Treviso and Veneto. Featuring five Biancos and two Rosatos across varying dosages, the curated flight expertly showcased the true diversity and elegance of the region.
